LTE / Cellular Connectivity in the US
If you are experiencing SIM card compatibility issues with US cellular carriers, activate your SIM card in a standard mobile phone before inserting it into your CI Pad.
Once the SIM is activated and mobile data is verified in a smartphone, transfer the SIM card to your CI Pad. You do not need to keep swapping the SIM card between devices afterwards.
Carrier Compatibility
Compatibility is confirmed with T-Mobile. Other carriers may also work.
