Are Carpe Iter Controllers Compatible with DMD2?
Yes, Carpe Iter controllers are compatible with DMD2. While third-party application compatibility is outside our direct control, the DMD2 application functions reliably with our controllers when properly configured.
Prerequisites
The Carpe Iter remote controller must be paired with our companion software, NGH (Next-gen HUD). NGH ensures that the controller sends the exact keycodes the DMD2 application listens for. You can check more details about NGH here.
Configuration & Remapping
The default Carpe Iter controller configuration corresponds directly to the default DMD2 keycodes. For details regarding the default controller profile, refer here.
Important: If you wish to remap button functions for DMD2, always use the configuration interface within NGH, NOT the configuration within DMD2. Altering default keycodes inside DMD2 can cause mapping conflicts that are difficult to debug.
