LTE / Cellular Connectivity in the US


If you are experiencing SIM compatibility issues with US carriers, we recommend using a SIM card that has previously been activated in a mobile phone. You don't need to switch the SIM card from your phone to your CI Pad for every ride; simply activate a SIM in your phone, ensure that it works correctly, and then transfer it to your CI Pad.


So far, we have confirmed compatibility with T-Mobile, but it is possible that it may also work with other carriers. Please send us feedback regarding your experience, as we are unable to test this directly from our location outside the US.
