What should I do if a CARPE ITER controller button doesn't work as expected?

If you experience issues with a controller button not functioning properly, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check Keyboard App: If you are using any third-party keyboard app, switch back to the stock keyboard.

  2. Disable Keymapper Apps: If you have any apps that function as key mappers, disable or uninstall them, as they may interfere with the controller's operation.

  3. Controller App Profile Settings: Ensure that the Controller app is set to either automatic profile mode or the specific profile for the app you are currently using with the controller.

  • Run the Controller app and navigate to Settings > Test. Is the button recognized correctly?
