A controller button doesn't work as expected

  • If you are using any third party keyboard app, go back to the stock keyboard.


  • If you are using any app that works as a keymapper, disable or uninstall it. 


  • Make sure that the Controller app is set to automatic profile or to the profile of that specific app, which you are using with the controller at the moment: 

 


  • If that doesn't help, please contact customer support via our ticket system. Before submitting the ticket, please try these steps and include your findings in the ticket.
    • Run the Controller app - Settings - Test. Is the button recognized correctly?
    • Is the button physically damaged or dysfunctional? (increased resistance, noise etc.)
    • Are you sure that you press the button properly with enough force?
