The socket to connect the BMW Control (socket for the BMW Navigator or BMW Connected Ride Cradle) is located behind the bike mask). Installation of the BMW Control requires removal of the winscreen and front mask to expose the connector socket.
If your bike is fitted with BMW Navigator Cradle or the Connected Ride Cradle, simply follow the cable and plug the BMW Control into the same socket.
BMW Control is designed to replace the BMW Navigator Cradle, if installed on your motorcycle. During the installation of the BMW Control, please remove the BMW Navigator Cradle.
You can use the BMW Control together with the BMW Connected Ride Cradle, but in that case it is necessary to provide power to the BMW Connected Ride Cradle through our adaptor, because the BMW Control needs to be plugged into the socket, where the Connected Ride Cradle was originally connected.
