If Carpe Manager fails to finish downloading or an update past version 5.3 does not appear, you must download and install the updated APK file manually.
Manual Installation Steps
- Download the updated APK file directly to your CI Pad or to your PC:

- Open the File Manager on your CI Pad, locate the .apk file, and tap it to start the installation.
- Approve all permission requests. Once the installation is complete, select Done.
Troubleshooting: If the download loop persists, navigate to Settings > Apps & notifications > CARPE Manager > Storage, then tap both Clear Storage and Clear Cache.
If the issue is not resolved after completing these steps, please contact customer support.
