No Charging Through USB
If your CI Pad charges via the pogo pins or M8 connector but fails to charge through the USB port, it is likely that the fuse for the USB port has blown. In this case, connecting the device to a PC via USB will also fail.
Note: Please verify whether connecting the CI Pad to a PC via the USB port works before submitting a support request.
