Transferring Files via USB Cable to/from CI Pad

By default, the USB port on the CI Pad is set to charging mode. To transfer files between your CI Pad and a computer (PC or Mac), you must switch the USB connection mode to "File transfer".

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Connect the CI Pad to your computer: Connect the CI Pad to your PC or Mac using a USB data cable.
2. Access USB Options:
   • Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification drawer.
   • Tap on the USB configuration notification.
3. Select File Transfer: In the USB options menu, select File transfer.

Note: Do not unplug the USB cable while the CI Pad reconnects in File Transfer mode. Once connected, your computer will recognize the internal storage and allow you to transfer files.
