Setting Up Your CI Pad

When you first receive your CI Pad, complete the following initial setup steps:

1. Update Your Apps

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your account icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Manage apps and device.
4. Go to the Updates tab and ensure all applications are fully updated.

2. Set Your Controller Profiles

1. Pair your controller with the CI Pad via Bluetooth.
2. Open the Carpe Iter controller app and open Settings.
3. Scroll down to App Profiles and select Automatic Profile Mode to automatically map the controller layout to the active app.

Note: Certain navigation apps (such as MyRoute-app) manage their own internal controller profile settings. In such cases, configure the profile directly inside the application's settings menu (typically under Input settings).
