If your Carpe Manager never finishes downloading or update to the Manager app to a higher version than 5.3 is not showing at all, you will need to externally download the updated version of the Manager app.
Please follow these simple steps:
- download the file directly to the CI Pad or to your PC:

- find the file in the File Manager, click on the file (apk), installation will start. Approve all requests for granting permissions (if any). After installation finishes, click Done.
- if the endless download still occurs: go to Settings - Apps & notifications - CARPE Manager - Storage and press both Clear Storage and Clear Cache
- If it doesn't work even then, please contact customer support
