No Charging Through USB
If your CI Pad can charge through pogo pins or the M8 connector but not through the USB port, it is likely that the fuse for the USB port has burned out. In this case, connecting the CI Pad to a PC via the USB port will also not work.
Please verify this before submitting a support ticket.
