It is extremely rare for the power source to be defective out of the box. The correct operation of both the black and red units is indicated by a green LED shining when the power delivery exceeds 13.4V. Both output white connectors should provide 5.5V. If your experience is different, please check the following:
- Test with the Engine On: Ensure that the engine is running during your tests.
- Check Polarity: Confirm that the polarity is correct. If it is reversed, it will act as if it is dead.
- Inspect the Motorcycle Battery: Ensure that the motorcycle battery and electrical system are in good condition.
- Verify Power Delivery: Check that the power delivery is 13.4V or more.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact support and provide all your findings.
