Power Source Doesn't Work

It is extremely rare for the power source to be defective out of the box. The correct operation of both the black and red units is indicated by a green LED shining when the power delivery exceeds 13.4V. Both output white connectors should provide 5.5V. If your experience is different, please check the following:

  1. Test with the Engine On: Ensure that the engine is running during your tests.
  2. Check Polarity: Confirm that the polarity is correct. If it is reversed, it will act as if it is dead.
  3. Inspect the Motorcycle Battery: Ensure that the motorcycle battery and electrical system are in good condition.
  4. Verify Power Delivery: Check that the power delivery is 13.4V or more.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact support and provide all your findings.
