The default mode for USB port on CI Pad is charging. When you need to use USB port to transfer files, you need to change to the mode to "File transfer". This is how:
Connect CI Pad to your PC (Mac) via USB cable.
Swipe down from top of the screen to reveal announcements, tap on USB options and select "File transfer":
Following that CI Pad will reconnect to your PC/Mac in File transfer mode (do NOT remove the USB cable) and you will be able to explore CI Pad memory and transfer file back and forth from your computer.
