How to Insert SIM/SD Card into CI Pad

SIM Card:

1. SIM Card Size: Ensure you have a full-size SIM card. If your SIM is cut down or comes in a smaller size, an adapter is included with every CI Pad. Avoid using frames cut from the original "credit card" style SIM carrier, as the SIM could get stuck inside the port.

2. Insertion Orientation: Insert the SIM card in the correct orientation (with the CI Pad screen facing up) and push it all the way in until you hear a "click."

3. Using an Object: If necessary, use a blunt object, like a pen, to push the SIM card in. Avoid using sharp tools to prevent damaging the SIM or the port.

4. Correct Port: Double-check that you are inserting the SIM into the correct port.

SD Card:

• The procedure for inserting the SD card is similar. Insert the card in the correct orientation and push it in until you hear a "click."
