Phone App Crashing on Android 11
The preinstalled Phone app crashes when running on Android 11. This issue will be resolved in the upcoming Android 13 update.
Recommended Workaround
Use Phone by Google as an interim solution, available from the Google Play Store:
Note: After initial launch, set Phone by Google as your default phone application when prompted.
